The longest basketball game ever not in the NCAA or NBA was Duke students versus University of North Carolina students.  They played for 58 straight hours and Duke won 3,688-3,444.  The game took place at the University of North Carolina’s Fetzer Gym in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
